- Settling and completing the transaction on PEXA platform, transferring ownership of the property and lodging Notice of Disposition to relevant authorities.

Commercial Conveyancing

- Preparing/ Reviewing Contract of Sale and Section 32 Vendor statement
- Addressing the general guidance on GST/Land tax matter and liaise with your accountants

Property transfer is the process when ownership of the property will be transferred to a different party due to separation/divorce, tax purposes, decease estate, gifting, etc.
We as your conveyancer will:
- Obtaining consent from bank/lender to facilitate the transfer if there is bank involved.
- Preparing legal paperwork and lodging relevant forms to authorities on PEXA.
- Addressing stamp duty related problems.

Subdivision
We as your conveyancer will:
- Liaising with a land surveyor on the client’s behalf to organise the lodging process via the Spears system.
- Preparing relevant documents relating for lodging the plan
- Monitoring the status of the applicable process and following up with the Subdivision department at Land Title Office
- Notifying clients and relevant parties once the title is registered

Off the Plan Projects
We as your conveyancer will:
- Preparing Mater Contract/ Reviewing Contract of Sale and Section 32 Vendor statement
- Addressing stamp duty related problems
- Following up with the building completion/settlement timeframe with the developers and selling agents
